Life Coaching is a process that can help you go from where you are to where you want to be. With this process I will help identify what thoughts, feeling, beliefs or actions are keeping you from moving you in the direction that you wish to go. As your Coach I will keep you accountable to the progress that you pave out for yourself.

What is Hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is a process that can help with our subconscious. Our subconscious thoughts can seem sometimes to be automatic and can feel like we have little to no ability to change them.


Many times we have thoughts, feeling, beliefs or actions that we feel just happen without our control. Hypnotherapy can assist in “rewiring” those unconscious/practiced behaviors by accessing those parts of ourselves that seem to be automatic or out of our control.

In this course, you will learn how to turn “Pain” in to your superpower


Pain is a normal part of being a human. We all experience emotional/mental and physical pain from time to time, it’s part of life, but often times the results of these “pains” or traumas stay with us. We unconsciously hold onto them in ways that work against us. We develop unhealthy patterns as a way of adapting to the pain, seeking relief or looking for ways in which we can soothe the pain or explain it.


Examples, addictions, habits, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, toxic relationships, anger, isolation, fear, self- consciousness, loneliness ext. We can’t change our past, even if we wanted too but it doesn't mean we are forever defined by it in a negative way. We get to decide what our pain means for us. We get to decide how it fits into the rest of our story.

I am a certified Life/Spiritual Coach and Hypnotherapist. I am also founder/owner of NCH.


I received my certifications through my studies at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, in 2014. I have had many life-altering challenges in my life that drove my passion to learn how to live a better life. In the beginning, I began my own study and research on how to live a more inspired happy life.

The more I learned, the more I realized how much control I had in the creation of my own story, so I deliberately started creating the life that was more reflective of the life that I wanted. Here I am, 10 years later, a completely new person inside and out. The change started from the inside first. Then with practice, the outside aligned with the inner world I had created. 10 years ago, I felt hopeless and stuck by my circumstances and past. Now, I love knowing that my experiences and passion for what I can do, can help others.
